Our pubs

Leeds Brewery prides itself on being a vibrant, forward thinking company selling quality products with a contemporary edge, and the pubs we run reflect this ethos.

Although the connection with the brewery itself makes our pubs unique, they are certainly not just about serving our beers. We stock a wide selection of draught lagers, bottled beers and spirits and have excellent wine lists.

Alongside this, each pub offers menus using locally sourced ingredients cooked entirely from fresh by our talented chefs.

Built in 1640, our Grade II* listed timber framed pub is a picture postcard example of what makes York so special. Spread over three floors we have an assortment of spaces perfect for groups both large and small and with a variety of private hire options available, the Eagle and Child is great for any celebration. All of our food is homemade and freshly prepared, and we work closely with local suppliers to keep our dishes as seasonal and interesting as possible. The Rolling Stones hung out in our top floor bar in the 60s- their signatures in lipstick are still on the wall!

Welcome to The Lamb and Flag. Restored from a crumbling 19th century building, the ‘Lamb’ mixes warm exposed brickwork with big open windows and a superb courtyard beer garden. It also has plenty of space for private bookings, with a separate upstairs bar and balcony and a downstairs snug with private terrace. You’ll find the full range of Leeds Brewery beers behind the bar, complemented by an extensive range of draught lagers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and a menu of locally sourced, freshly cooked food. What’s not to love?

Adjoining the world famous Leeds City Varieties and tucked up an alley off Briggate, The White Swan is a great place to escape the busy city. With a regularly changing menu which is locally sourced and all cooked from fresh, it is one of the best places to eat in Leeds as well as offering a cool, relaxing space to enjoy a few drinks.

Located at the heart of the Round Foundry development, reputedly the oldest set of industrial buildings in the world, The Midnight Bell balances ancient brickwork with big windows and a concrete bar top. It has a fine reputation for locally sourced, freshly prepared food and boasts one of the best beer gardens in Leeds.

Right next door to Leeds Railway Station, The Brewery Tap is home to our very own brew plant. The lager it produces, Leodis, is permanently available. After being fermented, filtered and carbonated on site it is then served straight from tanks in the cellar to the bar. With twelve hand pumps and fifteen draught products, The Brewery Tap has one of the best drinks selections in Leeds.

In the heart of medieval York, The Duke of York dominates King’s Square. Whether you want to pop in for a great pint of Yorkshire ale, or eat from our locally sourced menu, you can do it surrounded by 14th century beams. All accompanied by great views of the bustling square and York Minster beyond.

Just off Kirkgate, the oldest street in Leeds, Crowd of Favours is a great place to kick back and relax while sampling our large and varied drinks selection and great food menu. Don’t forget to look out for the local artists who cover the walls – literally.
