Here at Leeds Brewery we take great pride in producing exceptional beers. Our team of brewers craft all our products by hand, using the very best ingredients available to create a quality and varied range of styles and flavours in cask, keg and bottle.
We currently brew on a 20 barrel (6,000 pint) brew house and have a weekly capacity of 70,000 pints. We produce four permanent cask beers; Leeds Pale, Yorkshire Gold, Leeds Best and Midnight Bell which are complemented by a range of interesting seasonal beers which we brew throughout the year. Alongside our cask range we also brew a selection of kegged beers including our flagship lager Leodis, and a range of bottled products.
Alongside this we run a small estate of pubs, each of which stock a wide range of beers and offer fantastic, locally sourced, freshly prepared food.
A new month, a new season, it must be time for our new Leeds Brewery seasonal ale. At the beginning of every month we launch one of our speciality cask ales that we think represents the time of year. As the British summer is on its way, this June we are introducing Solstice, a light summer ale.
We are very excited to be launching our new summer menus this week in all of our pubs. Combining our pub classics with new, lighter summery dishes and salads, our food is much more suited to the (hopefully) warmer weather.
With two bank holidays on the calendar this month and a few big events to look forward to, we’re keeping you up to date with what’s on in May.
