Leeds Brewery has opened two new pubs to bring the size of its estate to seven. The Crowd of Favours, on Harper Street in Leeds, opened at the beginning of August, and was followed by The Duke of York, in York city centre, at the end of October. Both sites were not previously pubs before and have undergone extensive refurbishment. The ‘Crowd’ joins Leeds Brewery’s other five sites in the city, whilst the ‘Duke’ becomes the company’s first pub outside of Leeds. Both sites have extensive drinks selections as well as locally sourced, freshly prepared food menus. Leeds Brewery director Sam Moss said; ‘We had always planned to open two new pubs this year, and to have found two sites in such excellent locations is terrific and we are delighted with the results of the fit outs’.
