Introducing Leeds Brewery’s new summer menu
We are very excited to be launching our new summer menus this week in all of our pubs. Combining our pub classics with new, lighter summery dishes and salads, our food is much more suited to the (hopefully) warmer weather.
We have 3 slightly varied menus available at our different pubs, a more casual dining approach at Crowd of Favours and The Brewery Tap, including some tasty sharing platters, our separate lunchtime sandwich and main dining menu at the Lamb & Flag, the Midnight Bell and the Eagle & Child and then our traditional menu available at the Duke of York and the White Swan.
Whether you decide to try one of our freshly made sandwiches or wraps, one of our burgers stacked with all of the extra toppings or maybe our forever classic fish and chips, we are sure you’ll find a new favourite on the list.
Our lighter bites are a great option for a midday snack or a hearty evening meal, with choices including our succulent slow cooked Gathering Storm BBQ ribs, a vegetarian mushroom pate with toasted ciabatta and dressed salad leaves and our newest addition of a range of skewers, available with either Midnight Bell glazed rump steak, Mexican spiced smoked chicken or grilled halloumi, all with a mixture of roasted vegetables and dressed salad leaves.
'Stuck for choice and simply can’t decide what to go for? We recommend bringing along a group of friends and tucking into one of our sharing platters'
You can bicker amongst yourselves whether to go for the meat or nacho platter (or both!). The meat platter is piled high with BBQ ribs, Midnight Bell glazed rump steak, Mexican spiced smoked chicken skewers and sweet potato fries, and the nacho platter is served with your choice of Leodis brisket chilli, pulled pork or our veggie chilli made with roasted butternut squash and sweet potato.
Of course we still have our pub classics to satisfy those comfort food cravings. Our Leeds Best battered haddock and Leeds Brewery chips is an all time favourite, our 8oz rump steak and chips served with all trimming is cooked to perfection based on your preference and our Langoustine tail Leeds Best battered scampi has become a new addition to the classics.
Our chefs have been getting creative with the new salads on the menu. We think our crispy pancetta and black pudding salad topped with a poached egg will go down a treat, or our diced smoked salmon and avocado poke in a delicious sesame, soy, spring onion and chilli dressing.
We have a couple of deals available on offer at Crowd of Favours, The Brewery Tap, The White Swan and The Duke of York that are definitely worth mentioning if you want a midweek treat; first is the sandwich deal available Monday-Thursday between 12-3pm, where you can get any sandwich or wrap and a pint of Leeds Brewery ale for just £9. The second is their burger club; any of their gourmet burgers and a pint of any of Leeds Brewery beers for £12.
All of the dishes on our summer menu are made fresh and ready to order in the pub’s kitchens, using locally sourced ingredients from our trusted suppliers. This means our food can be tailored to your specific needs, so don’t hesitate to ask a member of our team for any information regarding allergens.
Our summer menus are now being served in all our pubs, so if you’ve seen something that takes your fancy head down and see us today and be one of the first to try it out. LB
