We’ve got your October in Leeds covered
It’s the month where the clocks go back, the nights are drawing in and summer is coming to an end. Luckily for you we have put together a few things to keep you occupied at the Leeds Brewery pubs, Leeds city centre and York.
It’s that time of year again when we introduce our October seasonal cask, American Pumpkin Ale. Keep an eye out for Pumpkin Ale on the bar in all of our pubs on Thursday 13th October or head to The Brewery Tap from 5pm for the official launch night where you can try the seasonal ale and get the chance to meet the brewers behind the beer.
You can find out more about the brewing process and ingredients if you join us for the launch, we hope to see you there.
To celebrate one of the nationʼs favourite imports we will be serving a selection of our homemade curries all week...because who doesn’t enjoy a good curry? Our chefs will be mixing up the Indian spices and conjuring up some classic curry dishes for you to enjoy.
Everyone knows IPA’s make great pairings with spicy foods so we recommend washing your curry down with a pint of our very own Monsoon Indian pale ale for £2.
The annual Leeds Light Night is back this month for the 12th year running on Thursday 6th and Friday 7th October. This year is the first year that the celebrations will take place over 2 nights, giving you an even better opportunity to explore more of the multi-arts event.
The theme this year is elements earth, wind, water and fire that will be represented through installations and performances across the city. The night brings together families, friends and cultural celebrations to showcases the artistic and creative talent in Leeds.
There is something happening for all ages all across the city centre; whether you’re down at Leeds Dock, up near the universities, or at one of the Leeds Brewery pubs, you will witness the city come alive with spectacular light projections, film, dance, music, exhibitions and more.
