Gourmet burgers at The Brewery Tap

There is some serious competition for the best burger in Leeds but we believe here at Leeds Brewery we’ve got as good a chance as any. We recommend the recently launched Burger Club at The Brewery Tap, right next door to Leeds train station.

Their gourmet burger menu consists of 7 different handmade burgers all served with homemade Leeds Brewery skin on chips and a pint of Leeds Brewery beer priced at only £10.50. The offer is available throughout the week Monday-Thursday from 12-9pm and Friday 12-5pm.

From a stacked steak burger with beetroot, relish, smoked bacon, our very own Hellfire cheese, onion rings finished with a fried egg, to a healthy sweetcorn and chickpea vegetarian burger option, we’re sure you’ll find your favourite from the selection on the menu. The public’s favourite burger so far appears to be the Mexican, a cajun spiced chicken breast with relish, jalapeños, Hellfire cheese, guacamole, topped with our homemade tortilla chips.

The menu was introduced at the beginning of February and has proven to be very popular with customers. As a nation that enjoy indulging in a hearty, wholesome burger and chips stacked with extra toppings and sides The Brewery Tap have got it spot on. They are proud to use locally sourced ingredients to freshy cook their burgers every day from the menu conjured up by the pub’s head chef Kelly and general manager Martin.

“Here at the The Brewery Tap we are primarily known for our wide range of beers, however since launching our burger club we have become equally popular for our food menu”

Martin Jankowskyj

One of the reasons why the deal has been so well received is it includes a free pint of our Leeds Brewery beer allowing you to choose from any of our four cask or kegs beers. We even have a vegan beer to wash down our speciality vegan burger – and don’t hesitate to ask a member of our staff for any allergens advice.

The Tap have plans to extend their burger menu for special occasions for example on Burn’s night they offered a Haggis burger and on National BBQ week taking place in the summer, they plan to cook all of the burgers on their BBQ on their upstairs terrace.

So next time you're craving a good quality, homemade burger and a refreshing pint then head to The Brewery Tap for their burger club. We can guarantee you won’t leave feeling hungry or with an empty pocket. LB
