Leeds Brewery has been shortlisted in two categories in a prestigious national pub awards. The brewery is a finalist in the ‘Best Microbrewing Pub Company’ category, and The Crowd of Favours, one of two new Leeds Brewery pubs to have opened in 2013, has made it through to the final six contenders in the ‘Best New Pub’ competition.
Following an extensive judging process, the winners will be announced in London in March.
Brewery director Michael Brothwell said: ”To be shortlisted in two separate categories in a national competition which represents the very best the industry has to offer is a fantastic achievement and a credit to the enormous amount of hard work put in across the company. 2014 should be another exciting year for Leeds Brewery as we continue to grow and we look forward to the results being announced in March”.
